Very disappointing customer service. The employees were not paying attention to customers who came in to order food or pick up their orders. Instead, they were walking around, talking among themselves, and acting completely unconcerned while customers were waiting to be helped. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but simply acknowledging customers and making an effort to assist them should be basic customer service. Every time I try to visit this location, something goes wrong either the systems are down or they simply won't take my order, always asking if I have an online order. I will never go to this location again, as it always has some problem.
