Placed an online order (for counter pick up) in the parking lot and went inside. As I approached the counter area for pick up, I noticed the Mobile Order shelf is sitting in the back by drive thru. I stood there about 5 minutes before the drive-thru worker came to the counter. I told her I had two vouchers I needed to use plus I had an online pick up. Idiots had 2 chances to fix one problem we ordered 9 things all without sour cream and tomatoes got 4 things the 1st time all wrong 8 the next all wrong hire ppl that can read idiots
The employees had to ask what I ordered and when I told them, they still gave me the wrong tacos. I was supposed to get 4 taco supremes without lettuce and I ended up with 4 tacos, no sour cream, lettuce or tomatoes. My chicken quesadilla was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted on it.
They are so sweet and get my order right every time! My cashier was Lorissa <3
