Don't bother trying to go inside to get your food. Spent over twenty minutes waiting for an online to go order while they kept just making drive thru orders.
I really used to love the E ash street location, but here in the last few months they have gone way down hill. The customer service is horrible! The food is made poorly, and it takes them forever to do anything! I placed an online order while at work for my boyfriend to pick up. He left to pick it up 15-20 minutes later just for him to get there and it hadn’t even been started! They tried telling him we placed the order for the wrong Taco Bell! i have food poisoning as a result of getting food there last night. never going back again. i’ve never felt this sick in my life
Food was as expected but they messed up our order 3 different times. Not sure how thats even possible honestly
Manager Mel was awesome with great customer service. I will definitely come back to this location.
