I just ordered Black bean chalupa and crunch wrap, I get home and it was steak . I bit into the chalupa before I realized it. I haven't eaten red meat in over 20 years. I threw the rest of the food away . Just skip this Taco Bell all together.
Instead of potatoes that I order I got an extra soft taco which didn’t really work out because the kids don’t eat the tacos. Also one of my hot sauces was empty which was odd
If you order Nacho Fries or anything fried, make sure you check before you get home. This TB has a very bad habit of giving customers old food. No time to go back today, but for now on I’ll check before driving off and ask for fresh food or a refund
They forgot my hot sause and napkins in the drive though. Not cool !!!
What’s the point of putting in a mobile order ahead of arriving if we still have to wait for our food to be made when we get there? And tell staff to stop preparing nacho fries ahead of time, old fries are nasty and they are constantly giving way over their time
