Went through drive through. Made a special request to substitute seasoned beef to ground chicken on a mini taco salad. Receipt is correct, but apparently you have to ask for several pieces of chicken because I only received 1 tiny little 1/2 bite piece. When I called the manager, Kayla to express my dissatisfaction, she expressed some curse words and hung up on me. Some one needs a lesson in customer service. I will definitely not ever go back.
Their always super busy but the staff are attentive and make sure every customer is heard and taken care of
Very slow
Updated 2/10/26 I order on the app and about 25 minutes later, I am still waiting for my order (1 burrito) Not a single person greets me. There are 3 people in the lobby/empty drive thru. I walk in and nothing is in the mobile station. I look at the prep area and one person is there and 2 in the drive thru playing with their phones. I'm like "hello?"
