Drive thru person was a joke. Unprofessional, didn't turn off microphone for ordering when serving the person ahead of us their food. Communicated very unprofessional, not greeting us, saying "what" and "huh" very rudely. Didn't give me a receipt nor know how to print it off. Was not very friendly and talked to us like we're stupid. Gave us the wrong food by putting in the wrong order so we got overcharged,$10 for only 2 items, in a situation when we opted for Taco Bell because it was supposed to be cheap. They really think outside the bun.
I’ve been here dozens of times as a delivery driver. I get tired of not being acknowledged and ignored. It’s objectively rude behavior. When they do make eye contact, they don’t say anything. Customers continue to get their orders late and never do I get a “sorry about the wait” as many places will say to be decent. No customer service skills to speak of and no soft skills whatsoever. Food was hot and fresh, Baja blast was a little off but not horrible. Will be back
UGH i’ve never been to a taco bell location worse than this one. I always go to this location because it’s closest to me and convenient. multiple visits they have messed up my order and also given me an entire different order with a different name visible on the bag even when i confirmed my correct name for them. they don’t pay attention to details like add guacamole or add beans. they barely wrap things so food leaks into the bag. they never double check orders before handing them out. i would recommend you go to Del Taco a... read more
