I ordered at 5:25 arrive at 5:40 and wait till 6:13 for my order they ignored me and focused on people in the drive through who just placed order. They were eating instead of making food and some where on their phone. They didn't give me my receipt so I can't complain through the office site. If you order sit in the drive through so they have to get your order out
Placed an order on the mobile app got there and they hadn't even started on the order and had to wait another 25 minutes after arriving food was soggy and didn't taste rite after the long wait
My daughter went to the store in Ripley, TN and had a $40 order which was for our supper. Once getting to the store she told them what she was there to pick up. The location said they couldn't do the make your own box. The app is set up for that store and should be available. She then called my wife and I and asked what she wanted in replace of the luxe box. They have some extremely unprofessional and rude people working there. Not to mention I heard someone’s life was recently threatened there. Just wow. That definitely makes me want to eat there. They need to get that establishment under control it’s getting ridiculous.
