My experience was nice. Beef and potato soft tacos. Hot, crispy fried potatoes. Small wait for a nice little meal. Tacos stuffed and almost busting. And they were nice to me.
Most of the time I ordered delivery the tacos are always soggy and looked rushed I just received my 7 dollar luxe box and everything was soggy I threw it away, I'm so upset like I understand it's a fast food but for the tacos to be soggy and rushed is a slap in the face because I'm expecting better since I'm door dashing and paying extra fee
Don't know what was worse management arguing with employees infront of customers or I almost busted my tooth on a hard seed or whatever it was manager told me to come back gave me a new crunch wrap but still didn't even wanna trust it they messed up my orders on multiple occasions and I will not return to this location . Use to be good went down hill and the wait time for food is absolutely ridiculous
Good food but the experience of eating there wasn't what's it should be.
