Butchered my order. Got someone else’s food. Bums me out because the dining room is closed - and the drive-through line is super-long, so there’s no quick way to make it right, so I ate what they gave me and didn’t like it. Part of the problem is they give you a bag that’s taped shut as some sort of COVID feel-good measure, so you need to tear that open and look while holding up the line if you want to make sure you got the right order. If I could leave less than zero stars I would. First of I hate those self order machines. It takes jobs away from people. But when the employees are rude about them that makes it that much worse

9 times out of 10 you will get friendly service and the order will be exactly what you asked for. I have no clue how this Taco Bell has 3.5 stars. I’m an avid reviewer and critique businesses often online, both positive and sometimes constructive. Every surrounding restaurant has rude people who don’t understand the art of customer service, but at this Taco Bell, you will see a smiling face, and more than adequate service. Good job to all who work there. We notice. And we appreciate your good vibes!
