Bathroom was disgusting. Hate that you have to use a dang computer to order when you go inside. Tacos and other stuff that was ordered didn't even fill the shells. Half of one of our crunch wrap was just a soft shell and the crunch meat or cheese or anything. Never again stopping!
This is my cantina bowl with extra lettuce and added steak to it too. It was for dine in, opened it and asked if it was missing half and the mngr said no, asked how I get a full bowl, he said add 5x lettuce, I said is that possible? He replied no only extra. Which is what I ordered.
Tried the new Gordita Duo or at least attempted to. They didn't inform me they were out of the duo shells. Instead they gave me a regular Gordito shell with the same insides of one duo size and tried to say it was the same as 2 duos. I spoke with the manager about it and his response was yeah that's how we fixed it.... never even giving us a choice about them being out. I had to go back in after coming thru drive thru to figure out what I was looking at. My suggestion don't eat at the Ashland Taco Bell.
At first I was not going to leave a review but Yesterday 9/18 I came through and ordered and had my order handed out to the lady in front of me and had to wait 10 minutes to get my order, not a big deal, until today I ordered a beefy 5 layer, large matcha fry and 2 cheese cups along with 2 large drinks and a cantina chicken burrito, instead I got a chalupa two small fry’s a beefy 5 layer and the fresco burrito, I then went back around and they took out some of the items and kept the beefy 5 layer in and two small fry’s to ma... read more
