Every time I go there a bot always takes my order and gets it wrong every time and it takes like 2 minutes for a person to respond this is the only Taco Bell that does this

Very bad experience at Taco Bell. We placed an online pickup order for 12:45 AM and went through the drive-thru. The employee asked for the pickup name and said “hold on,” but after waiting 2 minutes with no response, we asked if the order was received or being prepared. She suddenly said “Don’t talk, I can’t make your order” and was very rude, even asking “Have you ever worked at Taco Bell?” We were just trying to confirm the order since she never told us to pull forward. Edit:a year later, these people are getting paid 14 bucks an hour and STILL closing hours early, being rude and ignorant, and useless. Worst Taco Bell in the area. These hours are wrong. They always close an hour before the posted closing. 3 years later and the hours are still wrong. Google won’t accept an update. They close way earlier than posted.
