I visited this Taco Bell around 12:20 AM and unfortunately had a very poor experience. From the moment I began ordering, the employee taking my order seemed very inattentive and slow to respond. I had to repeat my order multiple times, which already made the interaction frustrating. I ordered a #1 and asked to substitute beef instead of chicken. Its wild. They make you back up in the drive thru when youre at the window. Almost like there is a timer and theyre cheating to appear fast. It would seem a timer would be so that the customer got in and out quickly, but apparently its to inconvenience the customer so that the employees make their time target. Wild!
