Worst service I've ever experienced, but the parking lot has a great view of the sunset so I come here anyway to cry in my car while eating incorrectly-made Carnita Bowls. I can't speak to the dine-in experience, but the drive thru is truly terrible. But I'll be back to feed our toxic relationship and my tummy.
My order always gets messed up. This is my 3 taco supreme. Not a big deal except you pay so much for supreme….
I really wish I could give this place zero stars it's the worst ran place in town, I swear I wish it wasn't the only place to go when I'm on lunch break at the warehouse because they completely ignore you inside it's a joke you'll stand up at the front counter and even if you say something to him they tell you to use the kiosk then after you get done trying to figure out that kios can take some 20 minutes to get you your food and then you're lucky if it's right and Lord forbid you come right before close cuz then they try to... read more
It took 45 minutes to get our food. The place was disgusting. There was no toilet paper in the rest room and were out of almost all their drinks. We were going to dine in but it was so dirty we ate in our car.
Made an online order but they ran out of stake. I asked for a refund (as other fast food business give a refund on store) they said that their app is a 3rd party app and they cant give refunds at the store and has to be requested through the app. The biggest issue is making an order and having ur time wasted without solutions and no compensation.
