Well i gave this Tacobell another shot after 3 years. You would think things got better nope. If you want a full taco you better order 2 or 3 because they are shorting you on the meat lettuce and cheese. Everything i ordered was short on its ingredients. If you like cinnamon twists bring your own cinnamon and sugar they will only supply the crisps with a dash of cinnamon and sugar. Christopher was awesome. I mistakenly ordered on the app to a different location far away. I was worried I’d have to double pay for food but Christopher helped us out and got us our food. This guy knows what customer service is!!
They got my order completely wrong!! I asked for chips and cheese and they ended up putting nacho cheese in my supreme tacos.. I rechecked my order and asked for the chips and cheese again. Had to pay an extra 4 dollars for what was basically just crumbs!! This is a joke. Food was horrible. Save your time/money and go to del taco.
Got two 7 luxe box… 1 was steak and the other was suppose to be season beef and a cheese quesadilla. They asked if we wanted it spicy of course we do. Didn’t know they were gonna charge to add jalapeño. I would have just put hot sauce on it to make it spicy. Dude knew what he was doing cause we asked why was it so much then dude just walks away. On the receipt it shows Hannah so we didn’t get dudes name.
