The customer service is horrible. I ordered rapid pickup, my food wasn't on the pickup shelf, after 10 min someone finally acknowledged me, 4 other employees looked at me and ignored me.
This location is 10x better than the crossover location. They always get my order right and everything’s in the bag
Laziest workers in the world. Can’t answer the intercom on many many many accessions.
Ever since they added the AI order taker…. Every order has been wrong. Added sour cream to a burrito and it’s sooooooo extra to add that and not added. So annoying.
Bless this location. They have to deal with so much of the public.
