Management is genuinely horrible; I waited 35 minutes for an online order I place 20 minutes before I arrived there. But if you wait you finally get to enjoy a completely dry meal that feels like chewing on a dog toy. The most incredible part: it's never what you order. Somehow, despite having nearly an entire hour to make the food, they manage to never get the order correct, not even remotely close. I have experienced this exact situation 6 times.
Hands down best Taco Bell I’ve been to. Cashier was super funny and nice to me idk his name but he had glasses. What a dawg.

They literally forgot a pack of 12 tacos. That was basically the entire order! They really aren’t a good location!
Placed an online order. Didn't notice it was wrong till I got home. Drove back picked up the rest of the order. I stupidly didn't check. Order is still not all there. I'm not driving back. I should not have to drive to your restaurant three times time get my whole order. To top it off I asked for Pepsi, and got diet. My Mexican pizza was smashed.
