I got food with my girlfriend at 6pm on 8/1 and there was hair in my burrito. Not just in the wrapping but in the actual burrito. There was also a shorter hair (possibly pubic) in the burrito as well.
What an absolute disgrace. ZERO pride in your job. Yeah, they're young , they don't make alot of money but this is a consistent thing with this location. $30 worth of food , 3 sauce packs, almost zilch for meat or cheese. I mean if you're going to jack up your prices, atleast make the quality match the price. Straight in the garbage can. I'll light my money ablaze and watch it burn before I spend a dime there again. Good God do better.
I'm guessing they don't serve fresh food here! My halfway filled taco is stuck to the wrapper! Isn't it customers that keep the place open? Laziness equals poor quality!
Worst experience ever at this location. Girl basically threw my food at me and then I asked for sauce and that was thrown and most fell to the ground. She never looked at me and only said here. If you don’t want to work around people find another job.
