Every time I come here the hard shells or chips taste like rancid grease or chemical or something. Like I don’t mean I’m being picky, I literally mean there is a problem. I can’t believe more people aren’t calling it out but I try this place again every month or so and I’ve gotten this incredibly nasty taste that’s like the chemicals they put on batteries to make kids not put them in their mouths. I think they need more frequent cleaning of the oils or make things fresher or store them differently it’s terrible.
If i could put 0 stars i would. We ordered with an empty drive thru, waited 23 minutes. We told the drive thru girl that if our food was almost ready, she said no and said she had several orders before us. We asked for a refund immediately. Instantly got an attitude when no attitude was given to her. I assume it was the manager that came and wanted to refund us only $33 dollars and some change when our order was for $43.11. The poor owner of this establishment . The staff couldnt be slower . I dont know if they just dont have staff but 45 minutes for fast food tacos . I keep going back never get what i expected. Hopefully they will get it right . Eventually
Who’s managing this place? The obscene music coming from the parking lot in the AM is horrific.
