I had a very disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. I placed an order of about $50 and waited in the lobby for approximately 45 minutes. The lobby itself was dirty, and during my wait I watched multiple customers who ordered after me receive their food before I did. When I finally went to the counter to politely ask if my order was being made, an off-the-clock employee loudly called out to another employee, saying, “She wants to know if someone is making her food,” in a way that felt mocking and unprofessional.
