the gentleman working in drive thru was very rude and smelled really bad. he asked me if i wanted napkins then proceeded to ignore me after i said yes. although he was rude, he did stuff my chalupa pretty well. i think his name was gibby or something like that. overall pretty good and pretty satisfied with his service.
Placed an order online. Said they couldn’t find it, found the order miraculously ten mins later. The guy on the drive through audible said “ughh damn” when he found it. (It was a bigger order). Proceeds to Open the window and tell me that I gave him a heart attack with how big the order was. It was literally just six boxes. I have a big family. Employees and manager at this location are awesome. Taco Bell’s online ordering system is trash. DO NOT place an online order, the store never receives it. This has happened multiple times and the employees do their best to accommodate.
