I cannot rate the food because we never got it. I don't think the staff members here willingly talk to customers. When we arrived I had to ask another customer about the procedure for ordering because no one was at the counter taking orders. I couldn't get anyone's attention so I had to use a computer screen to order. After ordering we waited and waited and waited, and after 30 minutes I asked about my order. This place is terribly run. Workers are completely incompetent and inconsiderate. Food was crap. The soda they gave me literally tasted like water. I will never be coming back to this place.

so when i pulled up to the window after ordering the lady said “sorry we don’t have anymore cheese” while handing me my food and closed the window. 3/4 things i ordered had cheese so 3/4 things i ordered DIDNT have an ingredient and nothing was done about that. i payed 16$ for literally just beans and rice. don’t spend your money at this taco bell, go to the ones in raleigh
Bad experience ordered avacado chicken but got beef taco instead and we don’t eat beef.
