Service definitely needs improvement. They seem to focus on the drive thru not the internal customers. Drinks given to the drive thru were flat. Cinnamon twists tasted burnt.

Made the mistake of coming on a Friday evening. Drive-thru was closed, half the ordering screens weren't working, and clearly understaffed. Wait time for nachos was roughly 15 to 20 minutes. Credit to the three folks back there trying keep it running.
