I ordered on the mobile app and showed up 15 minutes later to pick up my order. 3 workers were outside smoking. I go in and the only person behind the counter didn’t know I placed an order. They hadn’t even started yet. Horrible service.
I order my food same every time but I don't know who's making it they keep getting it wrong every time. I get no rice and get my burritos grilled they neither grill them and put rice in them. Which I'm allergic to. I use go back every other day. Haven't been back
Since when do chalupa shells not get a fried shell? And where's the meat?
