We went to pick up lunch Today through the drive thru and had a great experience with Steve M. Steve was very personable , outgoing , professional , aware and went above and beyond ! Great service is at a low these days and Steve made the visit pleasant with his great customer service . Kudos to Steve! The luxe box was tasty , all food was in the bag and Steve wasn’t shy with the extra sauce request.
I paid $14.70 for a #5 with a nacho bellGrande combo. Got back to work it had no meat on it. Their phone number doesn’t work, it takes you to a voicemail not set up. Nachos had a rancid flavor that will not go away. I wanted a replacement or my money back but can’t call and needed to go back to work.
