Understaffed. Waited 10 minutes for my food in store. Order extra sour cream, didn’t receive any… Nacho fries were cold.
I order my food same every time but I don't know who's making it they keep getting it wrong every time. I get no rice and get my burritos grilled they neither grill them and put rice in them. Which I'm allergic to. I have to go back every other time
Horrible service. Anytime you place an order for delivery most of the items are missing. Food is always a mess and lacks taste. When I have gone in person place is dirty, employees sitting around doing nothing. Place needs to be shut down. Will not go there again.
