Since when do chalupa shells not get a fried shell? And where's the meat?
Taco Bell should place greater focus on offering proper vegetarian options. Vegetarian means no eggs, no meat, no exceptions. It would be helpful if employees were trained to clearly understand the difference between vegetarian and non-vegetarian. We truly appreciate the menu options available, but it’s disappointing when orders are prepared incorrectly.
Walked in waited noone came to the counter. Apparently Taco Bell is trying to enslave their patrons into putting your order in a machine and paying the machine. We left and went to Wendy's where actual employees do the work. If Taco Bell expects the customers to be the employees they need to give employee discounts.
Manager here was very kind and helpful, I had an issue with my order and she showed me how to use the app to get a refund for the duplicate order. She also substituted items for me due to other ones not being in stock. Thank you, Mike
