The worst Taco Bell I have ever been, this location is a scam. Nothing crunchy, no beef in the burrito, taco or crunchywrap, and anybody of the staff want to attend the bad quality today. Sunday 07.12 5pm. Do not go this store, is a bad desition. This store is affecting severously the name of the brand.
No staff to order with, all kiosks. Wait time was extremely long
I went in to order from the kiosk. A party pack, two nacho fries, sauce, and a cheesy roll up. Simple. But also $33 bucks. They discussed drinking at the bar, scraping metal, and how there was one girl in the lobby who was patient. Cool story, but Just because I’m patient doesn’t mean I should’ve been waiting as long as I did. Waited for over 15 minutes for missing nacho fries (both)zero sauce. How hard is it to read a kiosk Que in 20 minutes??? Had to give my daughter chips from home as her side 🫶 we love that.
