A crappy location. They don’t have freezes because they are “remodeling”. They forgot part of our order and we try to go inside to tell them and they scream at us to get out because “we’re not allowed inside”. So we didn’t get the food we paid for because who wants to go back in the 9 car drive thru line when you already did once!! I hate these idiots here
I just placed an order, they gave me an incomplete order, they didn't give me the nachos, and the girl said I never ordered them, even when I told her I didn't want jalapeños. Besides the bad service, she has a very bad attitude!
They mess up your order that you pay for. Don't put the extra sauces that you pay for! Have to turn around in traffic...pull up lobby locked for remodeling..sleeping employees outside no help. So go back in long line. Just to have them argue with me that its on my taco already. Instead of sorry here's your extra sauce on the side YOU PAID FOR!!! This is an on going issue I will be holding the line up checking everything next time! I advice y'all do the same! A REMODEL ? HOW ABOUT NEW STAFF
Dont ever get the "Luxe Discovery" box. They give you a regular bean and cheese burrito from the value meal, terrible chips and barely passable chicken taco style things that are just terrible. All for over $9.00. Comida de basura.
The "Gentleman" Manager on duty yesterday about 330pm was HORRIBLE NASTY RUDE you name it Mad because he made a mistake and we went back he needs to get it together this Taco Bell is in an elderly community I just wonder how he is with them If he was having a bad day he should've left it at the door TACO BELL THE MANAGERS NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER
