idk why i bother coming here or still think they are gonna do their job right and make the mistake of just assuming they do and never checking the bag and having confidence that what the screens says and what i ordered and paid for will actually be in there….i could understand if the line was around the building but last few times they screwed up my orders and wasted my money i was literally the only person in line

Went In this morning for breakfast had to wait and asinine amount of time for my breakfast while other people drive-through got their breakfast employees too busy talking about getting gift cards from management received. My order order was incorrect missing crunch wrap, supreme with sausage, egg and cheese. my burrito had tomatoes on it, which I asked for No tomatoes my hashbrowns were stuck to the bag and therefore ripped when trying to remove them worst breakfast experience ever I couldn’t go back to have them fix it mana... read more

First of all there was no one in the dining room when we went in. There was about 3 cars in line waiting to order. My wife and I ordered and waited about 15 minutes for our food to be ready. My son placed his order before us and waited 30 minutes for his food to be ready. We were done eating and he still hadn't got his food. He went up to complain and they told him that his order got bumped to the end of the line. This is definitely not a fast food restaurant!!!
