Didn't get the food I ordered,
Food was wrong and missing an item. I called and they were playing on the phone being rude and I ssid how rude, a guy said he was sorry and took over the call. Sent my husband back to get missing item and in drive thru they tossed the bag st him and said we have the receipt just in case. My husband adked just in case what ? They shut the window. Good but can be better! Don't accept less than best quality on their food! Burnt potatoes not acceptable golden brown! Otherwise they are using same for long time
The service was friendly no problems with the customer service however my chicken bowl was terrible it was mostly lettuce and my 5 layer beef burrito was just as bad it barley had anything in it at least the potatoes were good but I was very disappointed the last 2x I been here this taco Bell is very inconsistent. Sometimes it's great and sometimes it's not so great. The food quality keeps getting worse and more expensive. Totally not worth $14.... Very disappointed with this taco Bell.
