Management needs some adjustment. Policing the sauce amount at the drive thru when I can literally walk in and grab the whole container if I wanted to seems like an unnecessary battle to fight. Also, if we are going to limit the amount of sauce one can get, at least have an option to pay for more like they do with charging for extra cheese, etc. What I wouldn’t do is be rude and deny me when the lobby is open, and then talk down to your staff for being helpful.
Service slow as hell
Horrible experience waiting over 20 minutes for a Crunchwrap is insane . No type of communication among the staff . I got someone attention and she apologized and said this was her first time of hearing we had not received our food .
