Took 45 minutes to receive a mobile order and had to tell them 3 times what we ordered.
This is the 3rd time I have ordered 2 crispy tacos and 1 bean burrito. I ask for HOT sauce. They only give you 2 packets. There use to be a time I would have gotten 6 packets. I get it that food costs have increased. I would with 3 items ordered, I would get 3 packets.
The Baja blast was pure carbonation! How you gonna do that to someone?! Then argue about it? It's clear instead of a cool blue green color. Not one hot sauce in the bag! Why ma'am? Why? I know i suffer from frequent and diabolical heartburn but you don't know that. I've lived here for 20 years, came here maybe 6 times because i expect it, but I am the idiot today once again.
