This Taco Bell is one of the slowest and most poorly managed locations I’ve dealt with as a DoorDash/Uber Eats driver. I almost waited an entire hour for two small $8 orders, which is completely unreasonable. During that time, I personally witnessed around 10 different customers and delivery drivers walk out because they stood at the counter for 30+ minutes without ever being properly helped. I used to come here all the time. But it’s gone so down hill. Tonight I asked for extra hot sauce. The dark haired girl had so much attitude and said “I’ll give you as much as I’m allowed”.. I said I’d pay extra and she said they don’t do that. She was so rude. Any Taco Bell I’ve ever gone to will give you BAGS of sauce. I can’t get more than 5 when I ordered 7 items?!? I really hope they get their shit together

order at kiosk to eliminate bothering them while they work . ask for 6 hotsauces and 2 dipping sauces with my chicken. get home zero sauces in my bag then they wonder why customers go to the counter instead of those kiosk
