Spent 5 mins of my lunch break trying to use the self-service kiosks. 2 would not get past the intro screen. The third I tried let me create my order but would not let me checkout. The staff saw me struggling and ignored me. At no point was I greeted or spoken to by staff. This place has no standards.
Waiting 15 minutes for three small burritos is already a red flag. But for the rice to be crunchy? Totally unacceptable. I will not be coming here anymore. This location is poorly managed. I mean this place is so poorly run it's absolutely ridiculous.
