Honestly, the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. There’s usually only one person working the whole thing…. You have to order from a kiosk, but not all items are able to be ordered like black beans. So then you have to order online. There’s something missing everytime you order. Last time I ordered a veggie cantina box (it’s a $10 item) they didn’t add the black beans, the main protein. INSANELY slow. Do NOT come here if you don’t have 30 minutes to wait for your food!
Waited 20 minutes for my food today. It was not busy. I only ordered 2 items. Absolutely unacceptable. And this is not my first time dealing with slow service here. Customer service is also very poor. I could say so much more and go into further detail but I'm sure it won't change anything. Their rating is already a 1.9. That speaks for itself. They don't even deserve that. But Google makes us at least give 1 star. Smh.
Look no further, this is the best place to get stale chalupas. If you’re are looking for overpriced, not fresh chalupas then you have found it. Taco Bell has no shame, they will sale anything just to make a buck.
