this place totally needs a management change. took almost an hr to get the food i ordered from home. and this is not the first time. tried to give the some grace thinking they could be understaffed. but no. looks like the employees there are on drugs. no one is interested in serving. the place is absolutely filthy. can’t trust the food i get from there anymore. the employee just goes to the restroom stays in there 45 minutes to ask me again if the order was placed even. never going here again
If I could give negative stars for service I would. We came at 10pm and there was no one to take our order. We HAD to use the computer to do it ourselves We could not find several items we wanted, and the people finally came out to help and had no clue where the items were either. Then an older lady came in and asked if they could take her order, and they told her no they did not have the staff to take orders. It is also SOOOO cold everyone was outside waiting for their food.
Horrible customer service food was 99% lettuce FFS didn’t get drink while in drive thru tried to go inside doors were locked at 1130 pm employee was RUDE when I told him about drink Fine I will make it Really a hole I paid for it
Made half of my order incorrect
Normally this location is pretty good. But there is a new manager who was yelling at all. The manager helping make everything was incredibly rude to not only her staff, but also me. She was yelling at them what seemed to be just to yell at them to prove that she's bigger than them. Her name is bree. She also discredited a food allergy i told her about and said, "oh, they're just a picky eater, it's not an actual allergy" when I said one of the items in my order can't have sour cream due to an allergy in the ingredients that ... read more
