Went through the drive-through and Spencer was a phenomenal associate with excellent customer service and a pleasant vibe about him. I drive almost 3 miles further from a Taco Bell on the west side just to experience the service I get at the Mount Rushmore Taco Bell in Rapid City. Being someone who ran a Hardee’s that was 24 hours for many years myself, it’s good to see people like Spencer still giving good customer service with A positive And caring attitude!! Thank you, Spencer!!!
The food is awesome and the employees are great.
The food gave me and my brother salmonella. Disappointed in Taco Bell all around I will never be ordering at another Taco Bell again.
Since they took the regular taco salad off the menu there's no reason to go to Taco Bell. I can't believe the business will take an item off the menu that's a good seller oh well you won't get any more my money
