Store located within TA Travel Center 3501 Buttermilk Rd, Cottondale, AL. I stood at counter for 18 minutes to place an order. Two Old Black Women completely ignored me, proceeded to gossip and pretended to actually work in slow motion... I have never reached out to corporate to complain about any Taco Bell but this was the WORST Staff I've encountered at any Taco Bell if ever been to in my life! Today July 1st. Specifically asked them for no cheese and avocado ranch and it was like talking to the wall. They drenched my bowl in the sauce…the rice? Flavorless. BARELY put any beef in my bowl… they like to make the orders in bulk instead of one by one so my crunchy taco was soggy by the time they decided to call out orders. My 5 layer burrito? More beans than anything..This Taco Bell is a disgrace!!!
This place needs to be shutdown
Another TA Taco Bell where the staff at the register look at you like you’re a huge inconvenience to them regardless of how polite you are- while ordering just one item. If you want to charge high convenience pricing that’s fine, but at least train your staff in basics of customer service… And maybe to pay attention to their customers more than their friends who are visiting them
