I had an excellent experience at the Taco Bell located at 9190 Wiles Road in Coral Springs. Jonathan was incredibly professional and handled everything with genuine care and attention. He is truly a gem—an absolute diamond of an employee. His kindness, professionalism, and positive attitude did not go unnoticed. They’ve changed their food… YUK, tastes like chemicals. I don’t know if it was the taco shell, maybe the oil, or the meat. They also didn’t fill up one of the tacos, Even with the lettuce, it was half full, and less ground beef. Too many better choices in the area, won’t be back.
If I could give this location negative stars I would. Rude and incompetent staff. Seems like management will hire anyone off the street. Couldn’t event get a basic order that is categorized by number correct. Does the staff even know how to count? This place needs new managment or owner asap.
