If I could put zero stars I would. How did I order 18 sauces cause I got a ton of food and they didn’t put one sauce packet in the bag? This is why you work at Taco Bell. I ordered extra beef in the crunchwraps and there wasn’t extra beef. Zero stars.
Service at the drive thru has been rude in the past so i placed my order at the kiosk inside. I was missing 2/7 items and when I called to ask for a refund nobody answered the phone.
Paid extra for avocado ranch in my burrito today, but I did not receive it. I took the food to go so I didn’t notice until I started eating at home. I’ll be sure to ask for sauces on the side from now on.
