Service at the drive thru has been rude in the past so i placed my order at the kiosk inside. I was missing 2/7 items and when I called to ask for a refund nobody answered the phone.
Paid extra for avocado ranch in my burrito today, but I did not receive it. I took the food to go so I didn’t notice until I started eating at home. I’ll be sure to ask for sauces on the side from now on.
As a DoorDash driver, I frequently pick up orders from this Taco Bell and have generally had positive experiences. That is why this particular interaction was so disappointing. According to the DoorDash app, my pickup instructions clearly stated “Pickup at Lobby.” Even though it was around midnight, I followed those instructions and waited at the designated pickup window on the lobby door.
