Over $16 for 2 chalupas after waiting over 30 minutes in drive thru. When i asked why so much money when taco bell has them adverised 2 for $5.50 i was told its a privately owned taco bell and they make up their own prices and are more than any other taco bell. I would rather drive 15 minutes out of my way then to go to this taco bell ever again.

We were in the drive through 3/17 at 8:40pm. My friend is on the spectrum and had trouble speaking and the lady and man who came through the speaker were both very rude toned and rushed us . At one point we were asked " is that it". Not very good customer service at all. The people on shift need to retrain in how to speak to there customers. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced me myself. I work in fast food. I work in McDonald’s that is 10 times busier than Taco Bell and never would McDonald’s make you wait an hour for food. This is ridiculous. Every time I come here I’m always waiting a ridiculous amount of time my food 99% of the time isn’t even right. Absolutely horrendous if I could give this place zero stars I gladly would

I ordered Taco Bell delivery for my son. The order was made and arrived fast. There was no issue there. The issue is with the modifications. My son does not eat lettuce in his tacos. That seems to be a simple mod, just do not put lettuce on it... When the order came, lettuce, even looked like extra lettuce was put on it. This is not the 1st or even the 2nd time, this simple modification of no lettuce was not followed. This particular order, the drink came wrong as well. I will not be spending my money at this location.
