It just isn’t what it used to be!😞 Last few times i’ve come here they’ve either gotten my order wrong or overcharged me each time. When i make it aware to them they just make up some excuse for it instead of trying to fix it which is just a different level of laziness. AND THEY THOUGHT GIVING ME A MELTED FREEZE WOULD MAKE IT OKAY?!?! I don’t play abt my taco bell. make it good again!😤
Today just a bit ago I ordered three regular Doroteo tacos and a cheesy potatoes with ground beef and pico de gallo. Officially of the best times I’ve ever been to Taco Bell Today 2:22 AM I had the regular soft tacos with double beef and the spicy potato taco with added beef. Just wanted to say God Bless your Chef
Jessica Y. is a rude employee, who didn't even attempt to deliver decent customer service. She took my order wrong, and when i asked for them to get remade she threw the tacos on the ground oustide the window. Additionally she didn't give me any sauce so I went inside, she asked me "what's wrong now" and aggressively told me the sauces was by the kiosk station. If you don't like your job quit, her attitude was unnecessary.
I watched them give my order to someone else and refused to remake it and also watched that customer dig thru the bag
