Amorna was super nice and was very friendly when it came to explaining the wait. I appreciated him letting us know there would be a wait and communicating it. Food was great!
Stopped here last night for some food. What I got was downright disgusting. Two chicken chalupas and a hard taco combo for ~$13. None of them had enough filling to justify the cost for the meal much less one item. Tried to get my soft drink, the root beer and mango tea were both out of syrup. Gave up on that and left without a drink. Drink dispensing area was a hot mess with straw paper and general spillage everywhere. Kitchen area looked like it hadn't seen a towel wipedown all day. If you want to wait 30 min or more for some garbage service and food come no further than the Taco Bell on Cooley!!
Generally I go through the drive thru, so foods almost always hit or miss. This time around I've basically lost my voice so I had to go inside the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful even wrote out that they were out of a certain sauce I had ordered. I don't know enough sign language but damn if I had lost my hearing this would be the place I went to. I would give 10 stars just for this experience alone, only giving 4 because of messed up orders prior.
