Gave us soaking wet tacos. Inedible. The “hard taco” was a tortilla consistency and the soft taco was mush. Is it too much to ask to drain the meat before putting it on the taco? Or not dunking it in a vat of water?
I’ve been to Tacobells around the US and overseas and I can confirm this is the worst tacobell I haver ever been to. Unfortunately it is the closest one to where I live but I’ve never been to a restaurant that is consistently serving poor food. The food is always stale and disproportionately made. The drinks are always watered down to such an extent. It’s so consistently bad, that I believe it’s a manager issue and the employees cannot be responsible for creating a poor meal every time. Out of lettuce for a week... When you place an order in the app it's impossible to get it refunded or canceled. The store has no way of cancelling the order. Basically, if you order from this location you will be stuck with sub par food with no options. Go to literally any other taco bell
Picked up an online order today. All 7 of my items had no lettuce, as I was informed after receiving the food that they were out. The sauce i ordered was not in the bag. The sour cream I added to one item was not included. Go 1/2 mile down the road and get some lettuce, lazy.
Went there on Fourth of July and the guy at the drive-through was great. Very nice
