I was a dine-in customer this afternoon and they gave my order to someone in the drive-thru, who kindly brought it back to the restaurant. The order had my name on it. After a discussion they agreed to remake my food which was awful and was not my correct order as they could not retrieve my order in their system. Omg how can you guys like this stuff? I had forgotten how this tastes. It’s gross it all has an aftertaste including the aguas frescas and soda. Better to go to a real taco place. The people were nice it’s just the food is awful.
I’m a vegetarian and love Taco Bell for their vegetarian menu. I was given a quesadilla with chicken when I asked for just cheese and confirmed that it was correct on the screen (my whole order was from the vegetarian menu except for my boyfriend’s chicken stackers). I took a bite and could smell it immediately and I will never be eating at Taco Bell again. A restaurant that has a specifically vegetarian menu needs to be more careful.
For a fairly new restaurant the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in days. Dining floor still had water on it, tables dirty, countertop where I picked up my food filthy. I don’t usually leave reviews but this store needs new management. I ordered a bean and cheese no onions and low and behold onions. Crunchy tacos shells broken in half.
