Just came in the drive thru and had a kind of a big order, was around $60 atleast. Noticed my modified orders werent marked and that i was missing an item so i brought it back in. I went back in and the manager Deann on shift didnt acknowledge anyone in the lobby, was talking to another customer very inappropriately when he said he was missing something in his order he said he was missing his cinnabons and her response was basically accusing him of lying instead of “ im so sorry sir let me get those for you “. I would like CORPORATE to contact me ASAP please. This is honestly the worst experience I have ever in my entire life with Taco Bell! And interestingly enough, other reviewers of this location appear to have also had an issue with that older ladies behavior. I am absolutely disgusted with the way that the older lady on the microphone that handed me my food behaved. She was so extremely unprofessional and rude. I’ve had a couple of times where this shop forgot my sauce or whatever when they first opened, but ever since they have been amazing. They are always fast and very pleasant when speaking with them at the window and taking payment. Current staff is genuinely top notch. Thank you!
