I am giving 5 star rating to this store for the (who I believe is the manager) woman who has green and black hair. She was trying her best to get orders done on time and I could tell she was under a lot of stress. I believe she was the only one working on her side and they were understaffed for a busy night. Me and my boyfriend witnessed two people treat her unkindly, one being a boy who decided it was appropriate to yell profanities in front of the entire restaurant at her because he had to wait 15 minutes for his food. Very tasty, good location by the interstate.
I never left this place a review before.. anyhow over a year ago I switched to Chime banking & CHIME offers higher cash back sometimes 28% to use this location instead of the Cumberland Gap Parkway location according to the map woth Chime app it shows Cumberland Falls hwy location is 2 miles further from me, last year This location had trouble taking the Chime card with cash back when buying an on Online exclusive deals..so I started using the closer location usually only 10% cash back or maybe 18% but the chime card goes th... read more
