I am giving 5 star rating to this store for the (who I believe is the manager) woman who has green and black hair. She was trying her best to get orders done on time and I could tell she was under a lot of stress. I believe she was the only one working on her side and they were understaffed for a busy night. Me and my boyfriend witnessed two people treat her unkindly, one being a boy who decided it was appropriate to yell profanities in front of the entire restaurant at her because he had to wait 15 minutes for his food. I never left this place a review before.. anyhow over a year ago I switched to Chime banking & CHIME offers higher cash back sometimes 28% to use this location instead of the Cumberland Gap Parkway location according to the map woth Chime app it shows Cumberland Falls hwy location is 2 miles further from me, last year This location had trouble taking the Chime card with cash back when buying an on Online exclusive deals..so I started using the closer location usually only 10% cash back or maybe 18% but the chime card goes th... read more
