Ordered steak quesadilla no jalapeno sauce. I got my order and it's just tortilla and steak, no cheese. I go back through no problem. I say steak quesadilla please no jalapeno sauce. The next one comes out with jalapeno sauce. I give up
I usually love Taco Bell, but every time I visit this location in person the staff seems frustrated or rude, snatching money or acting like they don’t want to be there. Because of that I decided to start ordering through Uber Eats instead to avoid the in person experience. Unfortunately, even that hasn’t gone well. I just spent over $25 on a combo box, and for the second time they left out key items. I only got chips, no cheese, and the order was incomplete. We waited for 30 minutes for our food and no one was here when we got here nor in the drive thru, i stood at the counter to check on my order and the employee walked out from behind the counter, did something and walked back behind the counter and completely ignored me as well as the other customers. Some customers got their food before us and when we finally recieved our food it was really cold and just looked poorly made
