Firstly, my order has never been wrong, and the food is usually decent, hence the 2 stars. Here's why the other 3 stars are lost. The employees of this restaurant will simply refuse be take your order if you go inside. They will ignore anyone inside to the point of forcing you to use the kiosk, even if you say something to them. If you want to pay cash, they will make you wait forever and act like you are inconvencing them, and wanting to simply pay with cash is some huge weird thing... Maybe put a sign that says you don't accept $50 bills for an over $20 order before you drive all the way around then go to the gas station to get change AS ASKED and then refuse service. DO YOUR JOB
It's Taco Bell... I will say, however, that they have never gotten my order wrong. Good little crew
