Kody proceeded excellent customer service when he took our order. Between customer orders, we also saw him keeping the dining area very clean. The ppl working the line, obviously work very well together. Our order had a modification and it was perfect. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building and the dining area had 7-8 tables full of happy customers. This is our first visit to this location in Portland, TN. I like this Taco Bell in Portland, Tennessee. I went inside to get my food to go because they had a line that wrapped around the building for the drive throu. So I went in because I knew it would be faster, and it was. I got my food done the way I asked because I have restricted dietary needs so I can't have certain things but they made everything the way I asked correctly and a very timely manner.
