10/5 went through drive thru about 8:30 and order was wrong.Went inside they snatched the bag off the counter and gave me attitude because they got my order wrong. I asked the guy what was the problem and his response was he's tired other workers messing up orders and my response was well that's not my fault for you to snatch the food off the counter from me. Rude people and everytime i get nacho fries they are cold and hard. Last night in particular there was a piece of the cutoff cheese bag in the cheese cup. You can’t do a simple job don’t work.
Kody proceeded excellent customer service when he took our order. Between customer orders, we also saw him keeping the dining area very clean. The ppl working the line, obviously work very well together. Our order had a modification and it was perfect. The drive thru line was wrapped around the building and the dining area had 7-8 tables full of happy customers. This is our first visit to this location in Portland, TN.
