I literally waited at the drive thru stuck between several cars for 30 minutes because workers were not answering the window
Worst Taco Bell in the world. Everytime I eat there, the food sucks and the workers act like you’re a burden to them.
In past approx two years, my app order has been stolen twice. Managers make me file complaint through app and don't offer any other suggestions or help. I have paid for my order twice instead of trying to argue with a manager barely old enough to be out of highschool. The bin where app orders are places is always filthy and disgusting as it's probably only wiped down lightly once a day at closing?
