When we arrived, the place was empty; we placed our order, and there were just four of us inside waiting for our food. The staff focused exclusively on fulfilling drive-thru orders—they handed out six car orders before ours. When we finally received our food, the order was incomplete and the items were poorly prepared; the fries, in particular, were freezing cold—they tasted as if they had been sitting there for hours. I hope they improve.
Brooklyn and Natalie were very unprofessional and were making fun of people in the lobby eating
Guy who took my order inside had his phone in his hand the whole time, didn't even say thank you, girl who brought the order didn't say thank you and just threw the bag on the counter and yelled my name. Customer service is non existent
Every time I come here my food looks like it was put together by an incompetent 5 year old and then thrown into to bag with the wrapper laid on top like a blanket. It’s usually slow when I come in so idk what their problem is
