Every time I go to this taco bell I have a good experience. And the few times there was a issue with my food they fixed it with no issue.
The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I highly recommend going across the bridge to the Taco Bell on hwy 70 (JamesCity). I have come here twice over 6 months, both times the food is very sloppy. Not put together well. Both times were pick up orders using the app. I would not have eaten there as the in the lobby almost every table was filty. The floor where the food was being made was a mess. Worst of them all
My wife and I visited this Taco Bell at approximately 5pm on July 1st. The inside had only a couple people eating and no one waiting. We stood at the register for our order but we're ignored. Finally a young man came over, I smiled and said hi as he tapped a couple keys on the register. He didn't even acknowledge me and turned and walked away. We waited another moment then left to eat somewhere else. We've had good service at lunch time, but I'm not likely to visit again. Very rude.
