Placed a mobile order and waited 40 minutes past promise time for it to be done. My order was being skipped over and other orders in the lobby were being made first, people who order 20 minutes after me were getting their food first. Asked an employee for help, and they were rude and snippy. Women's bathroom was gross as well, especially the baby changing table. This was my usual Taco Bell but I will not be back.
I genuinely don’t know what happened here, but this is possibly the saddest Crunchwrap Supreme I’ve ever received. I opened it expecting an actual Crunchwrap and instead got what looks like a folded tortilla with the ingredients hiding in separate zip codes. There was barely any filling, the layers were completely uneven, and the whole thing was basically flat.
