Very disappointed. They recently bulldozed and completely rebuilt this Taco Bell. It looks amazing. They added a two-lane drive-thru which seems nice and you would think it would help make service times quicker. But the last two times I've gone through the drive-thru with about 8 vehicles ahead of me... it took over 25 minutes before I was driving away with my order. In contrast, the location in Manassas on rte. 234, with only one lane drive-thru, with a similar amount of vehicles ahead - I had my food in about 8 minutes.
This location has people post FAKE positive reviews because of all the REAL negative ones. Some honest feedback: I opened my food to see half of the shell ripped off and the whole thing just literal slop. They do not care about the quality of your food, they only care to get you out of there fast to keep their drive-through time down.
This Taco Bell location recently reopened after renovations. This might be the nicest looking Taco Bell I’ve ever seen. However, I am heartbroken to report that’s the only good thing about this location. The drive-through is ran by snails. It took like 30 minutes just to get our food. And then the food wasn’t even that good and the cheesy roll ups one of them was literally like bent in half. And then they completely ripped us off with the Baja blast freezes. The service was very poor. There were six people working in the kitchen and four at the registers, yet nothing seemed to be getting done. I waited 25 minutes for my order, and there was no indication of when it would be ready. Looking into the kitchen, there were plenty of employees, but it seemed like no one knew what they were doing. The company really needs to address this problem. If I were managing this place, I’d make sure no customer had to wait that long for their order.
