Came to pick up my mobile order with my brother. He told the worked my name for my order and then asked if he could start placing his order. The worker told him “no you cannot”. We were confused and thought he was joking at first, my brother asked “I can’t?” and the guy repeated no we cannot and that placing an order while picking up a mobile order is not allowed. The food was absolutely horrible... I ordered a Beef Chalupa and it was so hard I could not even bite into it.. It was like biting into a rock.... And they're meat was so So mushy and nasty. I don't think I'll ever come back to that taco bell again..
