After getting the wrong drink in the order, we ordered a hot coffee, received an iced coffee, tried nicely notifying the employee of the mistake. Instead of an apology and the thing I actually ordered, and spent my money for, he ARGUED that ‘it’s cold outside, so it’ll just get cold anyway’ I ordered it BECAUSE it’s cold outside. After that horrendous excuse for customer service we said ‘screw this’ and left without any of our order. I will never ever ever order from this one again
