My five star review is specifically for COLE at this location. My family and I were in this evening and the lobby was swamped with people, all of the help had been delegated to the ‘drive-thru’ side and Cole was left to handle lobby orders on his own. Not only did he kindly give everyone a heads up about the potential wait time, but he kept a positive attitude and continued to communicate the entire time.
