Sat for over 30 waiting on food. Then ask what drinks. Like really read the recipe. Down right bad service.
Bag will have everything
I occasionally order breakfast in the morning. I used the mobile app, sat at the drive thru order screen for a minute and then the window for 5 minutes before being acknowledged by a male. It took another 8 minutes to get my food from a female with nearly incomprehensible English. This type of situation happens fairly often.
Staff completely ignores the lobby. Saw them give out 5 drive thru orders before even acknowledging me
The customer service was amazing. Specifically Keelie made our day by being incredibly kind. The food was good and we needed it after a long day!
