Yo, someone got to talk to the lady that works in the morning. I think she’s the Latina lady. Her attitude is atrocious, as one guy wanted to use the restroom and he tried putting the code and it wasn’t working. She came out all PISSED off huffin and puffin that she had to do it. The guy was chill but I know he felt bad. I don’t know if she’s the manager, but the Franchise owner or something has to talk to her. She’s the worst service I’ve ever seen and that’s not the first time

I am a semi truck driver that had just made a delivery to the Sam’s Club next door. I walked over to the Taco Bell at 11pm to get a soda and noticed that the lobby was closed. I was left with no other option than to go up to the drive thru window and ask if I can pay there as I can’t just drive a semi truck through the drive thru. This is the one location that makes one person who’s been eating a Taco Bell for five years. Decide to go eat somewhere else for a very long time screw the employees for their attitude.
