I’m a regular I normally go around dinner time the girl who’s at the drive-through with the colorful hair is absolutely amazing at her job. For the rest of the staff, especially their morning/lunchtime crew, Their entitled, unprofessional, and acking in basic Customer service. Don’t even bother using the lobby they’ll have you standing there every single time while majority of their staff are just standing in the back on the make line not even moving their hands to make food.
