Employees are all really nice and make the food quickly without error to any removals or additions
I had a pretty hefty order and I bombarded the order taker with questions, however he answered all my questions with respect and was very helpful. I even tried at the window to offer the young man a tip and he politely declined. I’m not sure of his name but during our conversation he said he recently graduated from Fairport and was attending college in the fall, he had Blue eyes.
Haven't dined in, but drive thru staff have been very nice and helpful (probably because I'm not snotty with them for no reason). Food was not bad considering where it's from lol. I'd go here again.
I'm here to update my review. This store has friendly staff, and incredible management. I never get a wrong order or missing items. Tonight they were super busy and I had a few errors but you know what? I called and spoke to a manager about all my perfect orders and a small mistake. Not only were they kind, respectful, and honest, but offered to make sure everything went well. Most taco bells don't care about the consumer. This one holds it true to their heart. Shoutout you guys, I don’t know if whoever did this will see it but long story short I ordered a normal Doritos taco extra everything plus a couple things just cause it was free on Grubhub the amount of extra stuff I ordered on the one taco ide personally be mad if I had to make so the facts they not only made it but took the time to write this on top an they double wrapped the taco an thru a fork in.
