Service sucks and doesn’t have public bathrooms always out of order lazy workers
Would be nice if the dude with the long red fro actually acknowledged guests. I mean even a single word would have been nice instead of ignoring us?
Food comes up quick here, the lobby is always clean and busy with people dining inside more then most places. Much better then the East Rochester location. I do hate the touch screen order. I miss a dedicated counter person. The lag on pressing the screen and the up-selling and modification of drink when you just give me an empty cup anyway. Its too many screens.
